Frida's on Grayson Highway had a few chile options, including a chile relleno, chile poblano, or chile grande. I had the relleno here back in the day and it was just a slice, not the full pepper I associate with a true chile relleno, so this time I tried the chile grande. It was stuffed with cheese and topped with a light salsa, though it could have used some more spice to bring out the flavor. A lunch combo with rice and beans set me back $8.79. Frida's motto is 'Where Food Becomes Art', and I'm not sure I'd quite call this art, but it was a passable effort.
