Whitney Houston Mural Unveiled on Hoke O'Kelly Mill Road

Gwinnetians in the mood to end Black History Month on a high note should consider a visit to Hoke O'Kelly Mill Road to check out the Whitney Houston mural. There is some other quality art to view at the site as well.



Inexplicably, there are two Hoke O'Kelly Mill Roads, so keep an eye out for the truck repair sign on Ozora Road because it marks the correct Hoke O'Kelly.




If you're on the right Hoke O'Kelly, you'll see an abandoned building on your left, home of the Whitney Houston Mural.



Now you might perhaps be wondering why there are two Hoke O'Kelly Roads, but a great question to ask would be 'why don't people name their kids Hoke anymore?' or maybe 'why are there THREE Woodmere Drives?' We confess that we do not have the answers, but we will leave no stone unturned in our attempts to find them.
