Neighborhood Names Getting Dumber By the Minute

If you're struggling to understand modern neighborhood names, you are certainly not alone. Seen above, a typical example of new Gwinnett construction with an unfathomably stupid title. Let's break it down:

Already, we are failing to meet the criteria of even the first word, and the builders inexplicably went with the plural 'towns', when there is not even a single town present. 

Not even close, and it should at least read 'the enclave', but for bonus points they included the pretentious 'at' that seems to be everywhere these days.
