Our report on the Self-Esteem House at the corner of Saddle Ridge and New Hope has generated a lot of interest among faithful DG readers, and with good reason. The house checks a lot of boxes for potential Gwinnett homebuyers, including:
1. the overused black/white aesthetic.
2. conveniently located near lower income neighborhoods.
3. vastly overbuilt and overpriced compared to other homes in the area.
If you're looking for a new home in the Lawrenceville area, have access to 1.1 million dollars, and want to stay close to the streets, the Self-Esteem House might just be perfect for you.
Update: as of 5/7/24, it appears the Self-Esteem House is sold!

Keep it classy, Gwinnett. This is not a political forum, nor is it place for intolerance or crude behavior of any sort. We are all in this together, so just enjoy the ride.
